Using this website indicates that you accept these terms (regardless of whether or not you choose to register to use our eMortgages system). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

Please note that eMortgages is not currently available for commercial mortgages.

1. You may access this website without registering. eMortgages is only open to you if you register with us which requires an FCA registration. You must not allow anyone else to access eMortgages by allowing them to use your logon details.
2. The products and services referred to on this website are only available in the United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland) to United Kingdom residents and are not an offer to sell mortgages, savings or investment products or any other services.
3. The information provided does not constitute financial or other professional advice. All the products and services described are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied at any time without notice.

While Skipton endeavours to ensure that the information provided is correct, no warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness of the material, nor of fitness for purpose of the Mortgage Illustration (MIL), DIP or eMortgage application. Furthermore, whilst Skipton endeavours to keep the Case Tracking system updated to properly reflect the actual status of a case, there may be a delay before the Case Tracking system properly reflects the actual status of a case and no warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness of the material, nor of the fitness for purpose of the Case Tracking system.

While Skipton endeavours to ensure that eMortgages and helpdesk are available between the times stated, Skipton shall not be liable for any reason if either or both of these are unavailable at any time or for any period.
6. Skipton excludes all liability for any losses or damage that may result to your client or a third party whatsoever from the use or inability to use or the results of use of this website.
7. Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit Skipton's liability for:
   • death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); or

   • misrepresentations as to a fundamental matter; or
