We realise the importance of ensuring mortgage procuration fees are paid quickly. At Skipton, we aim to pay procuration fee payments to your network or mortgage club within 2 weeks of completion.
Residential Procuration Fees
Procuration fees are payable on all our residential products.
We will pay a gross procuration fee of 0.40% for all introduced owner occupied residential business to your network or mortgage club.
For Shared Ownership cases we will pay a gross procuration fee of 0.45% to your network or mortgage club.
Buy to Let Procuration Fees
Procuration fees are payable on Buy to Let business subject to a maximum loan of £1.5 million.
We will pay a gross procuration fee of 0.50% on all introduced Buy To Let business to your network or mortgage club.
Porting Procuration Fees
We now pay full procuration fees on all mortgage porting cases.
Product Transfers
We also pay a procuration fee for Product Transfers.
We will pay a gross procuration fee of 0.30% for all residential Product Transfers and 0.35% for all Buy To Let Product Transfers to your network or mortgage club.
Please note - We reserve the right to seek return of any procuration fees paid to an Intermediary if the application is subsequently found to be fraudulent.
