Looking back at our 2020 highlights

What a year! Nobody could’ve predicted how it would turn out. We’d like to thank you for your support, patience and understanding as we continued to strive to provide the best possible service for you and your clients.

We’d like to share with you our top highlights from the last 12 months:

  • We donated 40 lots of £1,000 to community groups or charities in our 2020 Community Giving campaign.
  • We gave away 40 extra donations to last year's successful organisations, doubling our 2019 Community Giving donations from £40,000 to £80,000 at a time when it was needed most.
  • We hosted 62,628 web chat conversations – with a 56-second average response time.
  • Our Business Development Team hosted a series of Webinars, reaching brokers nationally.
  • We launched a dedicated COVID-19 hub on our website and kept you informed on product and criteria changes.
  • We kept up with the fluctuating mortgage market with 43 product updates.
  • We’ve updated our technology, which enabled us to deliver same day offers and auto income verification. We also announced that we’ll be integrating with Twenty7tec in 2021.
  • We teamed up with Mortgage Solutions to bring you the hot topics, by delivering 4 podcasts and 4 videocasts.
  • We’ve continued to be flexible and nimble throughout 2020, with our teams adapting to working from home.
  • We delivered market insights by blogging on market issues and trends.
